From the famous Barossa Valley, this is a proper juicy red with plenty of personality. The sort of wine that turns up to a BBQ, makes friends with everyone and somehow ends up controlling the playlist. No complicated wine ceremony required. No staring into the glass looking for “hints of eucalyptus carried by a kangaroo breeze”. Just pour it. Enjoy it. Maybe cook something involving fire.
