Serve slightly chilled at 14 to 16°C to let the bright fruit shine. Perfect for long lunches, lazy evenings and confidently saying, "I'll just have one glass," before topping it up five minutes later.
🍽️ Food Pairing
Brilliant with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, roast chicken and creamy cheeses. It also pairs exceptionally well with sunset chats, pretending you know what "forest floor" tastes like, and someone insisting Pinot Noir is "just a lighter red."
