If something isn't right, we'll do our best to put it right. We're bargain hunters, not monsters.
๐ฆ Changed your mind?
No problem.
If you've changed your mind, you can return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just make sure:
- The bottle is unopened (we will notice if "just one little taste" happened).
- It's in its original condition.
- It's packed well enough to survive the journey back.
Return postage is your responsibility unless we've made a mistake.
๐พ Opened the bottle?
Sadly, once the seal is broken we can't accept returns.
Apart from hygiene and licensing reasons, we also can't tell whether your dog really drank half the bottle.
๐ฅ Arrived damaged?
That's on us (or the courier).
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take a couple of photos.
- Email us within 48 hours.
- We'll sort a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We don't expect you to drink shattered glass.
๐ Wrong item?
Oops.
Occasionally humans do human things. If we've sent the wrong product, let us know and we'll fix it at our expense.
No arguments. No forms from 1987.
๐ Best Before Dates
Many of our bargains are discounted because they're close to, or past, their Best Before date. We'll always make this clear on the product page.
Remember:
Best Before is about quality, not safety. Wine, spirits and many alcoholic drinks are often perfectly enjoyable well beyond their Best Before date when stored correctly.
If the date was clearly advertised before purchase, it isn't a valid reason for a return.
๐ท Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 working days back to your original payment method.
Banks occasionally like to take their time. We don't know why either.
๐ซ Things We Can't Accept Back
- Opened bottles
- Partially consumed products ("just checking it was okay")
- Gift cards
- Products damaged after delivery
- Mystery Boxes (they're supposed to be a surprise!)
