Why do I need to prove my age?
We only sell alcohol to customers aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners operate Challenge 25 and may ask for photo ID before handing over your order.
Accepted ID includes:
- Passport
- UK Driving Licence
- PASS Card
Why are your bottles so cheap?
Overstocks, discontinued lines, old labels and bottles that took a wrong turn on the way to somewhere posh. Nothing wrong with the booze — something went wonderfully wrong with the paperwork.
What does 'Best Before' actually mean?
Best Before is about quality, not safety. Wine, spirits and many drinks are perfectly enjoyable well beyond their Best Before date when stored correctly. We always make the date clear on the product page.
Do you deliver near St Neots?
Yes! FREE local delivery within 5 miles of St Neots (PE19), no minimum spend. We deliver daily between 6–9pm — order by 5pm for same-day local delivery. Miniatures don't qualify for delivery on their own, but you can add them to any qualifying order. Just pop your postcode in at checkout.
Can I return a bottle?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Once the seal's broken we can't take it back (hygiene + licensing). See our Returns & Refunds page for the full lowdown.
