BBE Gone, Bargain On
Close to or past Best Before — and cheaper for it. Remember: that's about quality, not safety.
“BBE Gone, Bargain On” is our name for stock that's near or just past its Best Before End date — one of the most honest reasons drinks get cleared cheaply. Best Before is a quality date, not a safety date, so wine and spirits stay perfectly enjoyable well beyond it when stored sensibly.
We always make the date clear. You get a genuine bargain and less good drink goes to waste. Everyone wins.

The Awkward Questions
Is “BBE Gone, Bargain On” stock safe to drink?
Yes. Best Before is about quality, not safety. Wine, spirits and many drinks remain perfectly enjoyable well beyond their Best Before date when stored correctly.
Why is this stock cheaper?
Retailers clear it to free up space before the Best Before date. It's a logistics quirk, not a health warning — which is why it's such good value.
