Staff Picks
The bottles we'd happily buy ourselves. Hand-picked by the team, tasted and approved.
Matt's rule: if he wouldn't happily drink it on a Tuesday, it doesn't go on the shelf. These are the bottles that pass that test with flying colours.
No algorithm, no sponsorship — just honest favourites from people who taste this stuff for a living.

How do you choose staff picks?
We taste them. Staff picks are the bottles our team genuinely rates and would buy themselves — nothing more, nothing less.
Are staff picks more expensive?
Not at all. They're bargains like everything else — just the ones we quietly rate the highest.
