Pour over crushed ice, shake into a tropical cocktail or introduce it to rum and immediately start looking for a tiny paper umbrella. Giffard recommends it neat over crushed ice or in cocktails.

Dirty Banana or Banana Daiquiri. Rum + banana liqueur + coffee liqueur + milk makes the Dirty Banana particularly gloriously unnecessary.
